Budget/Finance
Committee
This
committee is in charge of planning and managing KySTE's financial
needs, and is chaired by Matthew Constant, KySTE Treasurer.

Receivable: $129,067.50
- Accounts
Payable (KySTE Outreach grant disbursements): $24,080.34

Regional
Reports
The
Regional Reps include Karen Wallace (Region 1), Robby Forsythe (2),
Sharis Lattimore (Jefferson Co./3), Cindy Johann (4), Brett Higgins
(5), Tony Tompkins (6), Andrew Conyers (7), Brandon Blackburn (8).
Several
regional reps mentioned items of interest to their regions, for
incorporation into future conference offerings. Comments included...
- Approval
for a return to the CIO/DTC focus of past fall events.

- Location:
Of those regions willing to report, central KY was still favored,
though Western KY was also mentioned.

KySTE presence at the STLP regional competitions was noted and
appreciated.
Nominating
Committee
The
Nominating Committee is chaired by KySTE VP Cheri Gossett. Join the
KySTE Board! Nominations are now open! The
following board positions are available, all serving two year terms,
except where noted.
- *Vice
President. (The VP automatically becomes president, then former
president, so this office is a three-year commitment. Nominees
must have
previous KySTE Board experience.)
- *Treasurer.
- *ISTE
Liaison Officer.
- *Parliamentarian.
- Regional
Reps for Regions 1, 3, 5, and 7. (Regional Reps are nominated
from within their groups -- contact your current Regional Rep.)

Planning
Committee
This
committee, chaired by President Erin Waggoner, is in charge
of planning KySTE events, including the Fall
Event and Spring Conference.

Fisher will do 8 sessions over Wednesday and Thursday,
including sessions on apps, video/image editing, Web 2.0, technology
leadership responsibilities, and more.
