- Shall take over the duties of the president in his/her absence.
- Shall assist the president in carrying on the work on the Organization.
- Shall perform such duties as delegated by the president.
- May serve as an ex officio (voting) member of any committee or commission.
- Shall be responsible for conducting elections.
- Shall be responsible for the official record of membership.
- Shall serve as Chairperson of the Nominating Committee.
- Shall ascend to the presidency at the end of the President’s one- year term.
- Shall be responsible for planning and conducting the Summer Conference.
