An email has been sent to state that KySTE and its Insurance Company has agreed to accept application for refund of the KySTE 2015 registration fee. This refund is only for registered attendees that were unable to attend KySTE 2015, Thursday and/or Friday, because of unsafe driving conditions. Refunds will be for registration only and will not include a refund for KySTE Membership. KySTE Policy states that refunds were not to be made after February 16. With the impact of the 3/4/2015 snow storm and the Kentucky Governor declaring a Highway State of Emergency, KySTE and its insurance company has declared that registration refunds would be considered for those unable to attend any of KySTE 2015.

NOTE: This is a reimbursement. All registration fees must have been paid to KySTE to receive the refund. All requests for refund must be made by May 8, 2015. A separate application must be submitted for each registered attendee that is requesting a refund.
