Through the encouragement of Lydia Wells Sledge (KDE), this led to the first discussions of a state education technology organization as an "outside watchdog" of the Kentucky Education Technology System, KETS (Pat Stewart, Susan Taylor). |

Free membership is offered, KySTE swag bags were sent to members, and several instructional and technical virtual sessions were offered through out the year. Amy Johns wins the Making IT Happen award for her diligent work during the pandemic. |

| 2022-2023 | Mary Ann Rankin - Boone County | KySTE spring conference yielded third highest attendance with another amazing return to full strength and held the last spring conference at the Galt House. Record amount of KySTE Outreach Sponsorships were pledged with many new Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors. |
| 2023-2024 | Neil Arnett - Pikeville Independent | KySTE Spring Conference moves back to the newly renovated Kentucky International Convention Center for the first time since the days of KTLC. Record breaking attendance of 1,904 plus vendors were present. David Couch receives first ever KySTE Lifetime Achievement Award upon the announcement of his retirement. |
